Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
October 8, 2024
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order at 7:00 pm with Crockett, Wray, Fales, Sczepanski, Trinklein, and 16 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 10, 2024 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,420.40 in the general fund, $3,323.32 in the fire fund, $12,806.40 in the sanitation fund, $4,096.25 in the water fund, and $230.06 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Received 2023/24 audit presentation from Weinlander Fitzhugh.
Approved by roll call vote the N. Hope Rd. water main extension from Pat’s Gradall and Spicer Group for total amount of $293,452. Fales-abstain; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Wray-yes.
Set 2024 solid waste assessment at $190 after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
Approved quote from Brandle Roofing in the amount of $52,500 for roof replacement after motion by Wray and second by Fales.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:53 pm by Supervisor Wray.
