September 10, 2024
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order at 7:00 pm with Crockett absent, Wray, Fales, Sczepanski, Trinklein, and 13 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 13, 2024 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $35,929.57 in the general fund, $6,320.39 in the fire fund, $12,806.40 in the sanitation fund, and $228.72 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-absent; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved change order request from Spicer Group for their water line extension design after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Approved spending up to $60,000 on replacement of portions of the township hall and fire barn roof after motion by Wray and second by Fales.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 pm by Supervisor Wray.
