September 11, 2018
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Ensign, Wray, Trinklein, Duford, and 13 guests present, and Crockett absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 14, 2018 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Duford and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $14,717.11 in the general fund, $1,763.67 in the fire fund, $9,928.00 in the sanitation fund, and $204.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Duford. Crockett-absent; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MTA seminars after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Approved by roll call vote payment of progress billing #2 from Three Rivers Corporation for township hall additions in the amount of $80,575.20 after motion by Ensign and second by Duford. Crockett-absent; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:57 pm by Supervisor Wray.
