Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
September 12, 2017
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett, Wray, and 12 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 8, 2017 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $64,736.34 in the general fund, $3,156.79 in the fire fund, $9,639.00 in the sanitation fund, and $200.35 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to various MTA seminars after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Approved state disaster fund grant resolution after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:48 pm by Supervisor Wray.
