Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
September 13, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Crockett, Ensign, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 19 guests present.
The agenda was approved as amended after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 9, 2011 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $13,481.29 in the general fund, $4,869.56 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, $11,721.30 in the water fund, and $8,358.10 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
