Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
September 13, 2016
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Thornton, Crockett, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 16 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 9, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $70,776.20 in the general fund, $2,536.99 in the fire fund, $9,336.48 in the sanitation fund, and $197.02 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Discussed future road program and zoning text changes.
Approved attendance to MTA seminars after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:03 pm by Supervisor Wray.
