Lincoln Township Board Meeting Minutes
September 14, 2010
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 16 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the August 10, 2010 regular board meeting and August 31, 2010 special board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,311.47 in the general fund, $178,286.11 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, $12,078.08 in the water fund, and $7,883.79 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-no; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Discussed setting meeting date with Midland County Road Commission and Township road program.
Discussed water agreement between Larkin Township and Lincoln Township for Dublin Rd. residents.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:17 pm by Supervisor Wray.
