Township Board Meeting Minutes — September 9, 2025

Meeting called to order at 7 p.m. with full board and five guests present.

Agenda was accepted as presented.

Public comment held. The water bulk station in Edenville is busy.

New benches to be installed in the park on Friday.

Correspondence presented and discussed.

Minutes of 8-12-2025 mtg approved as read.

Treasurer’s report presented and approved.

Bills presented; unanimously approved for payment.

Fire department report unavailable for presentation. Chief will forward later.

Planning Commission/Building Inspector/Water Authority/Solid Waste/Township Parks reports presented.

Four new building permits issued; two new violations/one citation. Court hearing Thursday 9-11-2025.

Website beta link sent to all board members. Members asked to test links and evaluate new webpage.

MS4 paperwork update – Spicer invoice will be arriving shortly.

Brink/Retreat/Antique agreement progressing.

Lincoln Township FD needs internet wi-fi extender run into the firehall for training videos. Approved; cost for project not to exceed $1000.

Shortfall in the Solid Waste fund discussed. Discussion re: increase in residential rates will be needed. Republic contract expires in November.

AED purchase for the hall tabled for research/further discussion.

Year End discussion on township goals tabled.
