SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
March 21, 2019
The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 6:00 pm with Wray, Duford, Trinklein, Crockett present, Ensign absent, and 2 guests.
Agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Duford.
The special meeting was recessed at 6:05 pm and public hearings were held regarding the 2019/2020 fiscal year budget and truth in taxation.
The public hearings were closed at 6:12 pm and the special meeting was reopened.
