SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
March 24, 2020
The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 6:00 pm with Wray, Duford, Trinklein, Crockett, and Ensign present, and 2 guests.
Agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The special meeting was recessed at 6:03 pm and public hearings were held regarding the 2020/2021 fiscal year budget and truth in taxation.
The public hearings were closed at 6:20 pm and the special meeting was reopened.
Resolution to set the tax millage rate at the maximum allowed by statute was approved by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
