LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES
June 8, 2010
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 12 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 11, 2010 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $15,193.55 in the general fund, $73,681.01 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, and $7,883.79 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved attendance at MTA seminar after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Set July 24, 2010 as scrap tire collection date at township hall after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:47 pm by Supervisor Wray.
