The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Reid Duford, Sheila Mesler, Chris Clark and Mark Thornton were present. Sue Ensign was absent.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda and was supported by Chris Clark. Motion approved 4-0.
Motion by Chris Clark and supported by Mark Thornton to approve the minutes of the September 16, 2014 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.

New Business
The Commission reviewed Dewitt Lumber’s new storage building Site Plan. Building placement and possible site drainage issues were discussed.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve Site Plan “B” as submitted with conditions that gravel for drainage and erosion control will be placed on the west side of the new structure, eavestroughs will be installed along the east side of the new roof structure and a retention area will be created on the north 34 feet of the parcel along the parcel’s north property line. Site Plan “B” placed the new structure 26 feet from the west side lot line. The motion was supported by Mark Thornton. The motion was approved 4-0.
Old Business
The Commission reviewed and discussed the Living World Church sign modification request.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the revised sign plan as submitted for the Living World Church to modify the existing sign. The motion was supported by Chris Clark. The motion was approved 4-0.
