The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Reid Duford, Mark Thornton and Sheila Mesler were present. Chris Clark was absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda and supported by Mark Thornton. Motion approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the January 5, 2016 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Commission Comments
Sue Ensign said that the township is prepared to begin the process of updating the Master Plan. The commission will need to select an engineering firm to assist in this effort.

Additional site plan review for the proposed Wysong Corporation project at 1661 N Stark Road. Lucas Wysong and Logan Wysong-Foreman were in attendance as a representative of the Wysong Corporation and presented detailed site configurations for the proposed buildings and uses on the subject parcels. With this additional information, the commission has made a motion altering their original recommendation to the township board.
A motion was made by Reid Duford and supported by Mark Thornton to recommend, to the Lincoln Township Board, final zoning approval for the zoning request as submitted on “Application for Land Use Certificate of Approval” #4478 as follows: 110-035-400-100-00 - Light Industrial M-1 110-035-400-125-00 - Light Industrial M-1 110-035-400-180-00 - Light Industrial M-1 110-035-200-800-00 - Light Industrial M-1 110-035-200-651-00 - Residential R-1 This motion was approved 4-0.
