The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vice Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Reid Duford, Chris Clark and our new member, David Dauer, were all present. Sheila Mesler was absent.
A motion was made by Chris Clark to approve the agenda and supported by Reid Duford. Motion approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Chris Clark to approve the minutes of the November 1, 2016 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.

New Business: Elect new officers for the 2017 Planning Commission Board.
Sue Ensign nominated Sheila Mesler as Chairperson with support from Reid Duford. Shelia was appointed by a vote 4-0. Next, Reid Duford nominated Sue Ensign as Vice Chairperson with support of Chris Clark. Sue was appointed by a vote of 4-0. Lastly, Chris Clark nominated Reid Duford as Secretary with support from Sue Ensign. Reid was appointed by a vote of 4-0.
Old Business:
Master Plan update – Rob Eggers, from Spicer Group, explained and discussed the results from the Community Survey with the Planning Commission.
The next meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2017
