The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, and Reid Duford, were present. Chris Clark and David Dauer were absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Sheila Mesler and approved 3-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the September 26, 2017 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

Public Comments: None
Public Hearing: The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for comments and input regarding the proposed Lincoln Township Master Plan. There was no public input or comments at hearing. The Commission further reviewed some minor clerical issues that were stated and corrected with the assistance of Jennifer Clawson from the Spicer Group. Sheila Mesler provided a resolution to adopt and approve the Master Plan and recommend the Lincoln Township Board do the same. The resolution was approved 3-0 by roll call vote: Mesler – Yes, Ensign – Yes, Duford – Yes, Chris Clark and David Dauer were absent for the vote.
New Business: The Commission set new dates for the 2018 Planning Commission meetings as follows; Tuesday, January 16; Tuesday, March 6; Tuesday, May 15; Tuesday, July 17; Tuesday, September 18; and Thursday, November 8. The 2018 meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. Motion by Sheila Mesler and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the 2018 Planning Commission meeting dates. Motion approved 3-0.
