The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, Andrew Acker, David Dauer, Jamie Crockett, and Reid Duford were present.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by David Dauer and approved 5-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the September 18, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 5-0.

New Business
Site plan review for the Dow Chemical Employee Credit Union ATM project. Eric Spitler, from OHM Advisors explained the site plan for the new Dow Chemical Employee Credit Union ATM project. The project is to be located north of the Long Branch Saloon on Meridian Road (North M-30) on parcels 110-033-200-201-00 and 110-033-200-160-00.
Reid Duford made a motion to approve the site plan as provided to the Planning Commission with the condition that the ATM improvements, on the above stated parcels east of the Meridian Road Right-of-Way, will be removed upon termination of use as intended by this request. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker and approved by 5-0 vote of the Commission.
The next meeting is scheduled for Nov 8, 2018
