The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Sheila Mesler at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sheila Mesler, Sue Ensign, David Dauer, Jamie Crockett, and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker was absent.
A motion was made by Sue Ensign to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by David Dauer and approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by David Dauer to approve the minutes of the October 10, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Commission Comments
Sue Ensign talked about material she received from the Michigan Township Association with regard to proposed legislation for Generally Accepted Agricultural Management Practices (GAAMP).

Old Business
Jennifer Clawson, from the Spicer Group, led a discussion about language edits and new format to be implemented in the Zoning Ordinance with respect to Utility-Scale Solar equipment, parking and storage of campers, boats, trailers, etc. within a residential district, outdoor storage containers, and new fee schedule. A special Planning Commission meeting will be scheduled to hold a public hearing on the ordinance changes on December 4, 2018.
New Business
A motion was made by Sue Ensign and supported by Reid Duford to schedule the 2019 meetings at 6:30 pm on the following dates: February 5, 2019, April 2, 2019, June 4, 2019, August 20, 2019, October 15, 2019, and December 3, 2019. The motion was approved 4-0.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 4, 2018
