The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vise Chairperson Sue Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, David Dauer, Andrew Acker, Jamie Crockett (alternate), and Reid Duford were present. Sheila Mesler was absent.
A motion was made by David Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Reid Duford and approved 4-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Sue Ensign to approve the minutes of the December 4, 2018 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.

- 1)Site plan review for Dewitt Lumber addition. Matt Esch from Dewitt Lumber provided a site plan for additional lumber storage buildings to be constructed at 1875 East Airport Road. After discussion, Reid Duford made a motion to approve the site plan as provided. The motion was supported by Andrew Acker. Motion approved 4-0.
- 2)Elect new Officers for Planning Commission Board 2019. Sue Ensign nominated Sheila Mesler as Chairperson with support from Andrew Acker. Shelia was appointed by a vote 4-0. Next, Reid Duford nominated Sue Ensign as Vice Chairperson with support of Dave Dauer. Sue was appointed by a vote of 4-0. Lastly, Sue Ensign nominated Reid Duford as Secretary with support from Dave Dauer. Reid was appointed by a vote of 4-0.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2019
