The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Vice Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Sue Ensign, Jamie Crockett, and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker and David Dauer were absent.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Jamie Crockett and approved 3-0.
Motion by Reid Duford and supported by Jamie Crockett to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2020 meeting. Motion approved 3-0.

New Business: Conducted a public hearing on changes made to the Lincoln Township Zoning Ordinance regarding Chapter 3, Section 3.3, Rear Dwelling Prohibited.
A motion was made by Reid Duford to change the current language to the following: “REAR DWELLING PROHIBITED. No building in the rear of and on the same lot with a principal building shall be used for residential purposes.” The motion was supported by Jamie Crockett. Motion approved 3-0
