The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Secretary Reid Duford at 6:30 pm.
Roll call was taken: Brett Fales, Jamie Crockett, David Dauer, and Reid Duford were present. Andrew Acker was absent.
A motion was made by David Dauer to approve the agenda. The motion was supported by Brett Fales and approved 4-0.
A motion by David Dauer and supported by Jamie Crockett to approve the minutes of the January 2, 2024 meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
New Business
Kevin Wray asked the Planning Commission to review the zoning on Airport Road between Dublin and Letts Roads. Mr. Wray also asked for a zoning review along the south side of East Saginaw Road between Meridian Road and the Moose Lodge. The Commission had a discussion considering a zoning change on East Saginaw Road from Business to light industrial, and considering a zoning change on Airport Road from Business B-1 to Business B-2. In an effort to allow the Commission to have time to review these two areas, a motion was made by Reid Duford to set additional discussion for the May 7, 2024 Planning Commission agenda. The motion was supported by Jamie Crockett. Motion approved 4-0.
